Sale and financing

Project Status
According to official information from the Town Hall of Denia, by the end of 2017 all required licences should be granted. The construction is planned to be initiated in Spring / Summer 2018.


Financing

Through our Reference Bank in Spain, mortgages can be accessed, generally for 10 years, for up to 60% of the sale price of the apartments. This bank guarantees the financing of the general construction phase of the project and provides administrative follow-up of all necessary steps to the buyers. It is essential for us, to count from the be- ginning with absolute financial security for local and foreign buyers.


Sales Contract

All legal documents will be executed by chosen local lawyers and notaries, able to advise you in several languages, in order to give all details required.


Sales Counseling

Without any commitment, we can arrange a meeting with you at your home base residence or in Denia at the project site. Depending on the season, the cost of a 3 to 4 day stay, including flights, is approx. €300 – 500 per person.
